01Agreement
By using Yodel Mail you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
02This is a beta
Yodel Mail is in early access. Features may change, break, or disappear, and availability isn't guaranteed. Please don't rely on it for anything critical or time-sensitive while it's in beta.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to use your aliases or the service to:
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited mail.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
- Distribute phishing, malware, or other harmful content.
- Break the law, or evade a ban or block you're subject to.
- Disrupt, overload, or probe the service or its infrastructure.
Anonymity is for protecting yourself, not for cover to harm others.
04Your responsibility
You're responsible for how you use your aliases and for following any laws that apply to you. If your use of the service creates a problem for someone else, that's on you, not us.
05No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every message will get through.
06Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Yodel Mail isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost, delayed, or misdelivered mail, arising from your use of the service.
07Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to protect the service or its users — for example, in response to abuse. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post the current version here with a new date; continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
